We assist in the alignment of credit risk methodologies, processes and tools with leading risk practices. We advise on the development of credit risk measurement models, as well as assist clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with credit risk regulatory requirements.

We can assist with the following key credit risk functions:

  • design, develop, review and benchmark policies, procedures, systems, tools and organisational structure required to support the credit risk management framework
  • strategy and business planning for credit risk management including advising on the design of risk appetite and concentration limits for credit exposures
