Yael is KPMG's Chief Economist and leads on the firm's Brexit reponse in macroeconomics. She has over 19 years’ experience in advising clients on the global economic outlook and how it can impact their business. She works with private sector clients across a wide range of industries, as well as public sector bodies and private equity firms. Her team combines econometrics and similar analytical tools with economic scenarios to advise clients on their future strategy, projecting revenue and costs, and comparing potential prospects across different geographical locations and costumer profiles. She also specialises in providing advice on economic policy issues, with a particular focus on productivity, international competitiveness and location attractiveness for foreign direct investment. Yael is a member of the Bretton Woods Committee and is a regular commentator on economic issues for the business media.
