LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR (CPA)
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of the firm’s technical skills trainings and global trainings’ curriculums and schedule
- Coordinate with technical training coaches, facilitators, and other stakeholders
- Handle the internal audit and quality assurance reviews of the Learning & Development Department
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant
- Has 1 - 2 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
