LucaNet's tools have proven to be helpful and user-friendly in dealing with complex accounting structures by providing support in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, financial planning and reporting.

Implementation and optimization

During implementation, we customize your system according to your wishes and specifications. In the process, we set up your consolidation groups, transfer legacy data and perform an initial consolidation run. Training your employees is also part of the implementation consulting. If you already have a LucaNet installation, we can help you to adapt it even better to your needs.

Consolidation as a managed service

We support you in having your consolidated financial statements prepared under commercial law by the experts at KPMG using LucaNet. This allows you to concentrate on your day-to-day business and save time, while we prepare your consolidated financial statements for you as a competent and reliable partner.

Carve-Out Financials

KPMG helps you prepare carve-out financials. For large and complex transactions, we use LucaNet software to prepare the necessary financial information for you in a high-quality and timely manner.

GAAP Conversion

KPMG carries out the conversion to a new accounting standard, such as IFRS or US GAAP, for your group. Here, too, you benefit from the use of the powerful and proven LucaNet software.

Reporting

After the successful consolidation, ad-hoc graphics can be generated in the solution reports software. Alternatively, these can be created in MS Excel using the LucaNet Excel add-in and LucaNet Excel reporting. We realize a print-ready annual report generation with a disclosure management solution. We also offer the reporting service as a managed service. We also support you with recurring reports, such as bank reporting, management reporting or covenant reporting.
