Pascal Sprenger studied law at the University of Zurich and was admitted to the bar in the Canton of Zurich.

He joined KPMG in 2002 and was promoted to Partner in 2015. In 2022, as Head of Financial Services Consulting, he assumed responsibility for advising financial institutions in the areas of Business Consulting, Risk Consulting, Regulatory & Compliance and Deal Advisory.

Pascal serves national and international clients in the Swiss and Liechtenstein markets. He provides advisory services that revolve largely around financial market law but also on regulatory issues pertaining to banks/effects dealers, insurance companies as well as collective investment schemes. His work focuses on regulatory (institutional) licensing, the organization of internal operations, governance at regulated institutions, as well as efforts to combat money laundering. Pascal also pays close attention to international regulations and their impact on Swiss financial intermediaries.

Pascal is a member of various technical and expert committees in the field of financial market regulation.
