Assistant General Manager, Retail Leasing

Our client is a HK listed company with sizable operation in retail, residential and commercial properties in HK. 

• Lead the planning and execution of retail leasing to align with corporate mission and vision
• Formulate leasing strategies for short-term and long-term retail leasing strategies and development of the company
• Build network and foster the collaborative relationships with professional services providers, tenants & prospects relationships
• Deploy key performance index targets and measures to drive continuous business improvement
• Lead the implementation of systematic and analytical review of the market and competitors to identify improvement and business opportunities
• Develop community network and relations
• Conduct market research and analyse market trends

• Degree holder with at least 15 years experience in leasing and asset management executives with track records representing landlord and corporate
• A mature leader and a team leader with strong business sense
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and good team player with excellent negotiation, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to prescribe what needs to be done and implemented in a business
• Proficient in leasing & property-related laws and ordinances
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
