  • Determination of Fit and Proper Requirements for Financial Services Providers, issued under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002 (FAIS Fit and Proper Standards)
  • Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Regulations, issued under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002 (FAIS Regulations)
  • Regulations under the Long-term Insurance 52 of 1998 and Regulations under the Short -term Insurance Act 53 of 1998 (LTIA & STIA Regulations)
  • Policyholder Protection Rules under the Long-term Insurance Act 52 of 1998 and Policyholder Protection Rules under the Short-term Insurance Act 53 of 1998. (PPR’s)
