JSE Listings Requirements: Quick reference guide

JSE Listings Requirements: Quick reference guide

We live in a world of fast changing legislation. During the past five years, executives have had to familiarise themselves, inter alia, with the Companies Act no. 71 of 2008, the revised King Code and Report on Governance for South Africa, the Financial Markets Act no. 19 of 2012(“FMA”) and on-going amendments to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements, the most recent of which came into effect on 30 September 2014.
