KPMG has signed an elite sponsorship deal with trail running powerhouse and KPMG employee, Landie Greyling.
Described by the media as “Miss Sunshine” and “the most cheerful runner on the trail circuit”, Greyling has achieved over 30 top positions in the last two years.
She participated in the World Long Distance Trail Running Championships in Wales in 2013 and finished in ninth place, while also producing South Africa’s best result at the event. She has successfully defended her Two Oceans Trail Run title earlier this year and holds records in some of the toughest trail races in the world, including the Buffalo Stampede, Dodo Extreme and Otter Trail Run.
Greyling works as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG’s Cape Town Office. During her sponsorship period, she will offer brand exposure at all training, trailing and competitive events, both locally and abroad. She will also participate in events and workshops where she will act in both a professional and brand ambassador role.
