Natasha has been with KPMG since 1998 and has been the director heading up the South Africa transfer pricing practice since 2008. She advises on a broad spectrum of transfer pricing issues, ranging from the preparation of contemporaneous documentation and planning to dispute resolution, taking into account the unique circumstances of various African jurisdictions in which clients may operate. Natasha has worked with a wide range of industries and has had extensive experience in the restructuring of operations from an international tax and transfer pricing point of view within a Pan-African context. In this regard, she assists multinational companies in evaluating and managing their transfer pricing risks, using legal and tax knowledge as well as economic comprehension. Natasha also has a great deal of experience in managing integrated tax projects across several jurisdictions. Natasha participates in the KPMG Global Transfer Pricing forum which allows her access to global best practices and regularly travels overseas to participate in workshops and seminars. Natasha has experience with major financial institutions and major telecommunication companies, as well as in the manufacturing and industrial, natural resources and retail sectors.
