Responsible for Market Research, Knowledge Management and Business Development in the abovementioned sectors. Ashleigh joined KPMG in 2005 as a Researcher within the Industrial, Automotive & Pharmaceutical division. Ashleigh moved into a Business Development role in 2010 where she has built key relationships specifically in the Automotive sector. She has been involved in researching and presenting the findings of KPMG’s annual Global Automotive Executive Survey over the last ten years. Conducted in-depth market research on the Automotive, Industrial & Construction industries over the last ten years. Formed part of a KPMG team mandated by an OEM to conduct an annual forecast/ market study for the South African passenger and commercial vehicle market. The study included an economic scenario, analysis of the market size in each market segment, identification of possible price movements in each segment, identification of emerging customer segments based on disposable income, and analysis of the role of the automotive financing industry in South Africa. Business Development role involving shaping KPMG foresight in the sectors and designing propositions addressing client challenges and needs in each sector.
