KPMG in South Africa

Glenn Ho is a director in KPMG’s South African Advisory practice. He is based in the Cape Town office and leads the KPMG Cape Town IARCS practice - specialising in internal audit and risk management. He has more than 30 years professional experience and has been in the internal audit profession for more than 20 years. He led the KPMG team that assisted the City of Cape Town with the implementation of enterprise risk management. This implementation won an award for the best risk management initiative in the public sector for 2010. Prior to joining KPMG, Glenn has worked in numerous leading internal audit departments. He has also served on various Institute of Internal Auditors committees – locally, nationally and globally. Glenn also heads up KPMG’s Local China Practice in South Africa. In this capacity he has been a member of South African business delegations attending BRICS Summits in South Africa and Brazil. He has also a member of the business delegation that accompanied the South African President on State Visits to China in 2010 and 2014. Glenn was part of business delegation accompanying the Deputy President to China in 2015. He is a regular commentator on China-Africa business relations.
