Nicholas is the Head of the Global Strategy Group, responsible for all aspects of the KPMG network’s worldwide strategy consulting practice. As a partner for KPMG in the UK, Nicholas works with CEOs, top management teams and investors on high value and complex strategy issues and opportunities relating to growth, operating strategy, cost, transformation and deals. Widely recognized for his thinking on innovating financial, business and operating models, he is the creator of the 9 Levers of Value, KPMG’s proprietary “innovation to results” approach that has a successful record of helping clients tackle strategy challenges from design through implementation. Nicholas has published thought leadership and press commentary on strategy and sector issues, and spoken at leadership events around the world.
