KPMG’s global network of member firms was recognized as an ALM Vanguard Leader and a top provider of HR Technology Advisory Services in HR Technology Advisory Services, a new report from ALM Intelligence (formerly Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory).
The ALM report profiles, assesses and maps the scope of various providers’ services and outlines market trends driving organizations’ consulting needs as they move to cloud HR. KPMG firms were chosen as one of a select few organizations to receive this recognition.
When citing reasons for the Vanguard designation, analyst Liz DeVito writes, “KPMG differentiates through the strength of the KPMG Powered HR platform of consulting assets and preconfigured technology solutions for migrating HR to the cloud.” She adds that “client feedback stresses KPMG member firms’ ability to deliver within very tight timeframes and credits the senior advisory consulting model with building and sustaining trust throughout highly complex HR technology projects.”
The ALM report also states that the cloud is now widely accepted as a mainstream delivery system for HR, replacing on-premise solutions. In KPMG’s 2016 HR Transformation Survey, 42 percent of respondents said they plan to replace their current HR system with a cloud-based solution.
“No one disputes the potential value of the cloud,” says Mark Spears, Global Head of People and Change, KPMG International. “It’s important to work with a provider with skill in change management and familiarity with the critical steps that help ensure a successful migration. KPMG member firms have the business and HR experience to help organizations make the most of their HR technology investments, while helping them to avoid common implementation pitfalls and get more value from the cloud.”
