KPMG East Africa is strengthening it’s leadership team to help clients and new market entrants interested in tremendous opportunities that the region has to offer.
With offices in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania, as well as jurisdiction over Burundi, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Djibouti and Somalia, KPMG East Africa operates in a region that presents numerous opportunities which are attracting significant global interest. With these opportunities come considerable challenges that require a team that is well versed in the unique issues and challenges that clients have to grapple with in each sector, each country and the region as a whole. That team must bring to each client the multi-disciplinary skills that are required to get the most value out of not only existing business, but also from the new investments being made in the region.
It is with this in mind that I take the greatest pleasure in announcing the appointment of the following individuals to join the Partnerships operating as KPMG East Africa with effect from 1 September 2016:
Josphat Mwaura
CEO and Senior Partner
