KICC is an annual competition run by KPMG, a leading global network of professional services firms. Run over the course of four days, teams will be judged by a panel of senior KPMG Partners, as they are challenged to review and develop solutions for a number of business case studies. The winners will be announced on Thursday, 14 April 2016.

Rachel Campbell, Global Head of People, KPMG International said, "The KPMG International Case Competition is an opportunity for highly talented students to address real life business challenges. Seeing the students grow in confidence as they progress through each round of the competition is incredibly rewarding. KPMG member firms hired over 24,000 graduates in 2015 and this program gives some of them an experience of what working at KPMG would be like and to see for themselves the sort of challenges member firms strive to address for clients around the world every day."

For the second year in a row, the event is in association with Emirates, headquartered in Dubai and one of the most dynamic and innovative airlines in the world. The final day of the competition will be taking place at the Emirates Aviation College in Dubai.

Hubert Frach, Divisional Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations West, Emirates said, "We are pleased to welcome KPMG and the student teams to Dubai and to host the global final of the competition at our Aviation College. As a company we are committed to supporting the individual development of our staff and helping them achieve their personal potential. Our Aviation College is a core part of that provision, from offering a wide range of courses to providing a learning environment for soft skills and leadership development."

"Running the event in association with Emirates and holding the final round of competition at their multi award winning training centre once again this year is a real privilege," says Campbell. "For the competition participants it’s an opportunity to gain a deep insight into a leading organization in a fascinating industry sector."

Every team participating in the competition has produced a short video about themselves and the culture of their country. The winning team’s video will be announced at this year’s opening ceremony. To meet the teams and to vote on your favourite video, visit www.kicc.website
