Strong performance in prestigious report reflects KPMG’s continued and growing leadership in the global HR transformation consulting space.
A newly released report by Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory has recognized KPMG as a ‘Vanguard Leader’ and among the world leaders in the HR transformation consulting space. KPMG was one of only two providers worldwide found to be ‘advancing service breadth or depth’ of its HR transformation space. The report offers a comprehensive analysis and assessment of the offerings and practice standings of a long list of HR transformation consulting firms.
In characterizing KPMG’s strengths, Kennedy stated, “KPMG has evolved its capabilities to help clients streamline and accelerate the process of transforming HR. These capabilities have converged in Powered HR, a fully integrated, end-to-end HR transformation methodology that combines HR strategy, operations and technology consulting in a cloud-enabled environment. Powered HR provides KPMG’s intellectual property and assets for standardized HR operations on a preconfigured platform, allowing HR leadership to focus on the strategic elements of transformation.”
“We know from our work with thousands of leading organizations around the world that HR transformation remains a top business priority for the C-suite, particularly in today’s rapidly changing and disruptive business environment,” said Mark Spears, Global Head of People & Change. “Being highlighted as one of the standouts in this report further acknowledges that KPMG member firms have the proven methodologies, expertise and bench strength globally to help these companies prevail with their complex challenges.”
Citing expanded capabilities that have added to the organization’s success as a result of recent acquisitions, report author Liz Devito noted that, “KPMG’s acquisition of Towers Watson’s HR Service Delivery practice makes KPMG a global leader in Workday-based HR service delivery consulting. With this deal, KPMG also assumes ownership of Towers Watson’s renowned HR Service Delivery and Technology survey and forum, which will enhance its own brand credentials and domain leadership in HR transformation.” (KPMG acquired US-based Axia Consulting’s Workday practice in August 2014.)
