Prestigious ranking reflects KPMG’s global leadership in the talent management consulting.
KPMG was recognized as a ‘Vanguard Leader’ organization in the recently released Talent Management Consulting report by Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory. The report offers a comprehensive analysis and assessment of the offerings and practice standings of a long list of talent management consulting firms. KPMG was one of a small handful of organizations to earn the prestigious Vanguard Leader designation.
In characterizing KPMG’s strengths, Kennedy stated, “KPMG has a strong capability in workforce optimization, driven by a robust set of diagnostic tools and workforce models. ‘Tune into Talent’ and ‘BIO’, the data analytics tools that fuel ‘People Powered Performance’, provide an evidence-based approach to workforce management that helps clients determine talent strategies that support maximum workforce performance within operational cost constraints.”
“We are delighted to be recognized by Kennedy as one of the top global leaders in the talent management consulting marketplace,” said Mark Spears, Global Head of People & Change, KPMG in the UK. “We know from our work with hundreds of leading organizations around the world that talent management continues to be a top business priority for the C-suite, particularly in today’s rapidly changing and disruptive business environment. This further acknowledges that we have the proven methodologies, the expertise and the bench strength globally to help these companies prevail in the ongoing war for talent.”
“We are committed to investing in areas which we believe are central to the major strategic challenges our clients face. Our investment in global Centers of Excellence is one way that we help to ensure we continuously develop robust and sustainable solutions which leverage new technologies for our member firm clients,” said Aidan Brennan, Global Head of Management Consulting with KPMG.
Report author Liz DeVito also singled out KPMG’s approach to leadership development consulting engagements, noting that, “…this approach supports KPMG’s view that the main task of leadership is to create the systemic environment and culture that helps all employees to perform to their highest potential.”
