KICC is an annual competition run by one of the world's leading professional services firms, KPMG. The competition challenges students to review and develop solutions for a number of business case studies. Run over the course of four days, teams will be judged by a panel of senior KPMG Partners progressing through various rounds before the winners are announced on Thursday, 16 April 2015.

Rachel Campbell, Global Head of People, KPMG International said, "The KPMG International Case Competition is an opportunity for highly talented students to experience what it is like to address real life business challenges. It’s incredibly rewarding to see these students grow in confidence as they progress through each round – showing agility as they apply what they have learned to the next case they analyze. KPMG member firms hired over 18,000 graduates last year and this program provides the opportunity to give some of them an experience of what working at KPMG would be like and to see for themselves the sort of challenges we address for clients around the world every day."

This year, the event is in association with Emirates, headquartered in Dubai and one of the most dynamic and innovative airlines in the world. The final day of the competition will be taking place at the Emirates Aviation College in Dubai. Brendan Noonan, Emirates’ Senior Vice President of Learning and Development commented: "We are pleased to welcome KPMG and the talented students selected to take part in this global final of the competition to Dubai and to our very own multi award winning training centre. A facility that allows us to offer our own employees training and development required to progress their careers in the Emirates Group."

Every team participating in the competition has produced a short video about themselves and the culture of their country. The winning team’s video will be announced at this year’s opening ceremony.
