A new law concerning the requirements for creating and storing electronic documents in employee files was published in the official gazette on 15 May 2018, and has an effective date of 19 May 2018.
The new law provides rules for an electronic system for creating, storing, and exchanging electronic documents between employers and employees. There are specific technical requirements regarding the electronic employment files to be implemented by employers.
