The Department for International Tax Cooperation (DITC) of the Cayman Islands issued an industry advisory notice that contains the updated list of participating jurisdictions and reportable jurisdictions.

In addition, the notice provides the following information:

  • An updated version of common reporting standard (CRS) guidance notes will be published in February 2018
  • The AEOI Portal user guide will be updated to reflect new functionality
  • The AEOI Portal will reopen in early March 2018
