An order (No. 2482) published in the official journal of Romania changes the process for authorization of goods and products subject to “harmonized” excise (customs) duties.

The order revises and de-centralizes the process for authorizations to operate as a tax warehouse, registered cosignee, registered consignor, or authorized importer. There is a special measure with regards to wine.
