Dieter Becker is the Global, EMA and German Chair of KPMG’s Automotive practice and a partner with KPMG AG in Germany. He has more than 24 years of international experience in the automotive and manufacturing industry, working with a range of clients on global projects covering strategy, business modeling, finance and controlling, sales and marketing, manufacturing, product development, and HR. Dieter Becker has led numerous projects along the whole automotive value chain and has built the newly formed KPMG Automotive Institute. He has been instrumental in developing industry positions on several emerging issues that impact the automotive and manufacturing industry, including KPMG’s Global Automotive Executive Survey and global truck studies within automotive, as well as product diversity, brand and consolidation, location management, and R&D controlling.

Jesús joined KPMG in February of 2010 and is the Partner in charge of Energy and Utilities in the Spanish market within the Management Consulting department. Previously, he worked 10 years for Arthur D. Little, where he also led the Energy Practice for the Spanish market. Jesús has extensive experience in the European and Latin American energy sector, having supported leading European utilities, international and regional private and national oil companies in strategic and operational issues. Jesús has also supported industrial and financial investors in commercial and regulatory DD and take of control, separation and integration efforts in the energy sector.

Manish Aggarwal

Manish Aggarwal is a Partner at KPMG in India, and heads Corporate Finance within IGS, as well as the Head of Energy and Natural Resources (ENR) sector in the firm. Manish has over 20 years of transaction & consulting experience across the Infrastructure space. He has worked closely with some of the largest global Infrastructure players in assisting them in identifying and evaluating opportunities in Indian infrastructure. His areas of expertise include policy, regulation, reforms & restructuring, disinvestment, PPPs, Corporate & Project Finance, undertaking due diligence, valuations and negotiations for specific projects. He has worked on successful closure of marquee M&A engagements in the Infrastructure space.

Todd’s client engagements span business and IT transformation from strategy through to execution across the utility value chain using waterfall and agile delivery with a focus on the business, technical, organizational, and sourcing aspects of operational systems including metering, meter data management, work and asset management, billing, settlement, pricing, customer information, outage, and enterprise trading and risk management.
