The SAT on 12 May 2017 announced, among other things, that the effective date for version 3.3 of the CFDI continues to be 1 July 2017, but that taxpayers may continue to issue CFDI version 3.2 until 30 November 2017.  As of 1 December 2017, the only valid version of CFDI will be version 3.3. Also, the payment receipt complement will be optional from 1 July 2017 but mandatory as of 1 December 2017. The CFDI cancellation process will be effective 1 January 2018.
