Transfer pricing forms

Nigeria's transfer pricing regulations require companies to provide various and specific information on two forms—the transfer pricing declaration form and the transfer pricing disclosure form.

  • The declaration form requests information on the ownership, structure, management, and other corporate matters of the company.
  • The disclosure form focuses on related-party transactions conducted by the company in a tax reporting year.
