Australia: Country-by-country reporting Q&As

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has issued a list of question and answers (Q&As) regarding country-by-country (CbC) reporting and transfer pricing documentation.

The Q&As are provided on the ATO website, and are issued in response to practical questions taxpayers have as they work through their CbC reporting obligations. The list of Q&As is expected to be updated and enhanced on an ongoing basis. The next update is expected in January 2017.
