Updates for the week ending 9 December 2016 include...

  • Colombia: The 2017 corporate tax reform bill contains measures to introduce new transfer pricing documentation requirements, including country-by-country (CbC) reporting, Master file and Local file provisions.
  • Finland: CbC reporting, Master file and Local file will be required as of 1 January 2016.
  • Lithuania: Draft legislation includes the implementation of CbC reporting. 
  • Malaysia: Draft legislation includes the implementation of CbC reporting. Malaysia also anticipates to adopt the Master file.
  • Norway: CbC reporting will be required as of 1 January 2016.
  • Pakistan: CbC reporting, Master file and Local file will be required as of 1 July 2016.
  • Papua New Guinea: Draft legislation includes the implementation of CbC reporting. 
  • Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Switzerland, United Kingdom: The information about CbC reports and related reporting has been updated.
