OFAC aircraft export license, FAQs on exports to Iran

U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) today issued guidelines concerning licenses for exports or re- exports of commercial passenger aircraft and parts to Iran.

The OFAC also updated a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) concerning the lifting of certain U.S. sanctions. The updated FAQs [PDF 224 KB] relate to General License 1 [PDF 21 KB], which is effective March 24, 2016.
