Guidance in the Netherlands announces the gross monthly salary amounts for “highly skilled migrants” for 2016.

The salary requirement for highly skilled migrants is part of the Dutch law “Foreign Nationals Employment Act Implementation Decree” (Besluit uitvoering Wet arbeid vreemdelingen). The provisions also stipulate that these salaries are to be adjusted annually by ministerial regulation, on the basis of recent index figures for negotiated wages, as published by Statistics Netherlands.
