Poland: Tax relief, grants available for R&D activities

Tax benefits for R&D in Poland

Beginning in 2016, companies in Poland will have an opportunity to benefit from new tax relief measures with respect to their eligible research and development (R&D) activities.

A new “R&D tax credit” will be available, and that plus possible grants for ongoing R&D activities may expand the opportunities for companies involved in research and development—provided that the projects satisfy certain requirements.
