Cayman Islands: CRS rules are enacted

The Cayman Islands Tax Information Authority on 20 October 2015 advised that the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) regulations were published and enacted into Cayman Islands law.

Currently, 61 countries have agreed to implement CRS with over 30 other countries expected to join in subsequent years. The Cayman Islands has been a signatory to CRS since its release in October 2014.
