OECD: BEPS Action 4, public comments

The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) today released the public comments that were received with respect to the base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS) Action 4 (interest deductions and other financial payments).

The next step in the process is a public consultation, scheduled for next Tuesday, 17 February 2015.
