KPMG in the UK
Mike leads KPMG’s International Private Client Network. In practice since 1982, he has worked at KPMG since 1986 and exclusively advises international family offices, high net worth individuals and family trusts. Mike specialises in working with families with interests in many jurisdictions. He has advised on the creation of new family office structures, the split of existing structures into separate entities serving different branches of a family and has reviewed older family office arrangements to establish whether they are ‘fit for purpose’ following changes to the international tax and regulatory landscape. Mike leads KPMG’s ‘non-dom’ team and advises both long-established UK resident non-domicilliaries and individuals who are contemplating moving to the UK. He has also advised extensively on emigration from the UK to numerous jurisdictions around the globe, managing their exit from the UK and their entry to their chosen jurisdiction, co-ordinating the service through KPMG's network of member firms.
