He assists clients in the development of sound transfer pricing systems including documentation processes; in planning of appropriate intercompany pricing along with supply chain restructuring and optimization; in dispute resolutions, i.e. in MAP and APA; in intangible valuation and management; competitive benchmarking and economic value creation analyses. Markus provided advice to global business of various industries in particular to chems and pharms with its cost sharing arrangements, diversified industries with often highly dispersed centers of excellences, trading moving from offshore to onshore structures, financial services and other sectors.
