Jeremy Welch

Jeremy has worked for KPMG since 1997 in KPMG’s London and Sydney offices. He has been a full-time specialist in Transaction Services since 2005, after eight years in assurance. Jeremy has worked on numerous deals on a range of buy-side, sell-side and stock exchange related work across a variety of industry sectors. Jeremy has extensive experience of managing complex, multi-disciplinary and cross border projects.

Jeremy advises corporate and private equity clients as they undertake transactions & devise strategies in the retail, commercial, private & investment banking sector with an additional focus on payments and financial technology.

Jeremy has extensive experience of large, complex & cross border transactions ranging from the carve out of Worldpay from RBS followed by its IPO, to the creation of Barclays Africa Group across 9 African countries and the consortium acquisition of Leaseplan.
