Fergus is one of KPMG’s leading global advisors on cost optimization and zero basing. He has led more than 70 separate client engagements across the globe identifying +4 Billion USD in annualized benefits. Fergus has worked for major corporate clients in the energy and natural resources sector as well advising major investment funds and private equity clients across the full deal lifecycle. He has authored various papers on operations strategy within the energy value chain. Prior to joining KPMG Fergus qualified as Chartered Chemical Engineer with a Global Oil Super Major where he worked in Operations.
