Global Head of Strategy
Rebecca is Global Head of Strategy for KPMG International and a member of KPMG’s Global Management Team. She is also a client relationship lead partner in the Consumer Goods sector. In total, she has been a London based UK partner with KPMG for more than 13 years. This builds on her previous experience as a consultant with both KPMG and McKinsey, which spans over 20 years.
In her current role as Global Head of Strategy with responsibility for the firm’s global Competitive Intelligence Group, Rebecca helps the Global Executive Committee and Board to evaluate current strategic priorities and consider how to respond to longer term trends.
Rebecca is known for her ability to engage senior leadership teams around a change agenda and turn ideas into implementation. In this capacity, she has been the Leader of KPMG’s UK Integration team, interim manager of KPMG’s Strategy and Integration team in Germany and head of the UK’s Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Strategy team. When several country firms merged into KPMG’s European LLP she was Strategy and Integration Advisor to the region’s Chairman and Board.
In her consulting role, Rebecca has advised senior teams in major multi-nationals and PE houses. Her experience ranges from strategy assessments, feasibility studies and commercial due diligence work to post-merger integration and implementation of major change initiatives.
