Michael is part of the Customer and Operations team in China and leads the Procurement and Supply Chain Advisory team. He also works closely with KPMG’s Global Industrial Manufacturing practice to drive and deliver KPMG’s i4.0 service offerings in his capacity as the KPMG country leader of i4.0. in China. Michael has over eleven years of consulting experience running Operations improvement projects. He previously worked for BrainNet – an international boutique Supply Chain Consulting firm that was acquired by KPMG in 2012.
