Kalyan (Kal) is a part of the Global Corporate Citizenship team, where he works towards core citizenship strategy focusing on lifelong learning. For over a decade, Kal has been involved in developing operational capabilities around the Enactus relationship. Kal is also involved in the day to day operations of the Citizenship team, including the marketing & communication strategy, partnership development, digital content development; and other key programs including KPMG Family for Literacy. Prior to joining the Corporate Citizenship team in early 2007, Kal was a part of the KPMG Global PPC team focusing on HR, People Engagement, and Inclusion & Diversity; and is still an accredited facilitator for key KPMG Milestone programs. Previously, Kal was the Head of HR and the Business Development Head for the regional Retail Group in the Middle East focusing on High Street Fashion brands across UAE, Bahrain & Qatar.
