Jennifer Sponzilli is a Principal in KPMG’s International Tax practice with more than 20 years of experience as a tax attorney, providing advice on tax operations, compliance and planning. Now based in New York, she serves as the global lead tax partner on several financial services clients. Other roles she has recently held include, leading the KPMG global Automatic Exchange of Information network of more than 500 professionals, and managing the U.S. Tax Practice in London for five years. Jennifer is an active member of the Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD, and is a frequent speaker on the topic of Exchange of Information. Jennifer graduated with a LLM in Taxation from New York University in 2000, with a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1997, and with a BA in Economics from Douglass College in 1988.
