KPMG in the UK
Chris is currently the Head of Tax for the EMA region for KPMG International. He is responsible for overall implementation of the Global and Regional Tax focus of KPMG’s strategy in the EMA region, focusing on supporting the KPMG network in driving growth across the region and responding to market developments. Chris is known for his experience advising businesses on tax strategy and planning, tax transformation and operational efficiency, tax regulation and compliance policies and management.
Chris’s main area of expertise is in the delivery of tax, accounting and regulatory compliance services to multi-national corporations. Chris regularly consults with clients on their multi-country outsourcing of in-country compliance needs and the design of best practice compliance and reporting processes to enhance simplification and standardization, including the role of off-shoring and shared services. He also works with companies to drive through change management aspects of all these services. In his previous role, Chris led KPMG’s Global Compliance Management Services service line, developing and executing on the strategy and building an engaged global network across KPMG global network of member firms to ensure clients have experienced compliance professionals wherever they are required.
