As Global Co-Lead, Operational Excellence in Healthcare, Jason collaborates globally to create methodologies aimed at addressing systematic and sustainable approaches to enhancing quality of care and improving patient outcomes through organization-wide deployment of continuous improvement principles. In this capacity, Jason is a member of the global healthcare leadership team and has authored or contributed to publications on operational excellence and other healthcare sector topics. In the UK, Jason is the lead partner for the National Health Service (NHS) account as well as many healthcare think tank organizations and policy makers. He has led more than 100 major performance improvement projects with health organizations – working with NHS Trusts that are either financially challenged or seeking to be best in class. Jason has 25 years of experience, mainly from management consulting work across the public sector. Since joining KPMG in 2006, he has held numerous roles in the UK firm such as Head of the Health and Human Services practice from 2014 to 2021 and Head of People for the firm’s Management Consulting business unit. Outside of work, Jason is the Chair of Bliss, a national neonatal care charity.
