Director, Global Inclusion & Diversity
David is a management consultant by background and prior to his role of Director, Global Inclusion & Diversity, was Executive Assistant to the Global Head of People, on secondment from KPMG’s Corporate Finance team. He has worked and lived in the USA, Canada, Denmark, the Middle East, India, Australia, New Zealand and Iceland, and speaks French, German, Danish and Spanish.
David leads KPMG UK’s LGBT network (Breathe) and KPMG’s involvement in the AuthentiCITY diversity recruiting event. He has spoken on and chaired numerous panels on diversity and LGBT topics, and has advised numerous organizations on diversity issues. He led KPMG’s submission of evidence to the UK All-Party Parliamentary Group on Global LGBT Rights and sits on the Economist Global Pride and Prejudice Advisory Board and Radius Business’s advisory panel. He is an alumnus of the Stonewall Leadership Programme and a member of Out Leadership’s OutNEXT LGBT leaders cohort.
Prior to joining KPMG, David worked for a range of FTSE100 companies and some of the largest global trading corporations in the world. He has worked on a range of diverse strategic and operational engagements across various sectors through his experience as a management consultant.
