Wei Ng is a Global Executive for the Financial Services Chairman in KPMG. He is responsible for Corporate Development with a focus on prioritizing and executing acquisitions and alliances, including driving benefits realization / scalability for financial services clients. Wei is a founder-member of KPMG’s Financial Services High Growth Markets Panel which helps our clients identify in/out-bound investment opportunities as well as innovative leap-frogging business models. Wei is a Faculty member for the KPMG Business School. Prior to his current role, Wei Ng was seconded to Lloyds Banking Group as Interim Corporate Finance Director where he supported a review and re-prioritization of its £100bn non-core International portfolio and the subsequent carve-out and disposal of these assets. Before that he worked in investment banking in Merrill Lynch, London, and in KPMG’s Business Incubation team supporting new start-ups and incubatees of Corporate Venturing programs.
