Cees D.E.J. Nijman

Cees has been a tax advisor since 1989 and in September 2011 he became a partner at Meijburg & Co Breda. He primarily advises businesses on national and international corporate income tax, but is also involved in mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, both at the national and international level. Cees is chairperson of the KPMG Belgium-Holland Desk and editor of its monthly newsletter. He is also a member of the knowledge group ‘Zetelverplaatsing’ (Transfer of the registered office).
