Andrew Nicholson

Andrew has extensive experience of advising UK and international companies on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and fund raisings. Recent deals he has advised on include the sale of Bupa Home Healthcare to Celesio and the sale of Alpha Hospitals to Cygnet. Andrew has experience as an operator as Corporate Development Director at Robinia Care during Bridgepoint Capital’s ownership and having set up and disposed of his own elderly care business. He has also been Trustee of The Avenues Group, a provider of support to children and adults with learning disabilities, for six years.
