Jeff Mango works closely with KPMG in the US’ omni-channel, sales, service and marketing transformation to frame and deliver customer experience (CX) transformation for complex and diverse organizations. Jeff’s experience utilizes CX transformation to significantly increase customer retention and acquisition while reducing operating costs and creating lifetime value for clients. Jeff specializes in guiding clients through CXcentric strategic growth. He helps clients design, implement, and communicate a total customer experience strategy, including: creating and managing multidisciplined teams, unifying internal departments and outside agencies, establishing new and effective CX metrics, and understanding consumer research and market trends to drive business decisions and innovation.
