Graham Martin is the Global Head of KPMG’s Portfolio Solutions Group and leads KPMG in Australia’s NSW Restructuring Services practice. Graham has more than 25 years of financial advisory, restructuring turnaround, insolvency and transactional experience, working with global clients such as Lehman Brothers where he acted as an Administrator, Lloyds Bank, RBS, Santander, Barclays Bank, GE and others. In his global role, Graham oversees more than 40 senior professionals based in Europe, the US and Asia who together provide sell-side and buy-side advice for clients in relation to non-performing or non-core loan portfolios as well as analysis on hold versus sale options. His team also provides buy-side assistance to investors looking to acquire loan portfolios and associated platforms. In addition, Graham provides advice on portfolio stratification sale strategy assistance, portfolio valuation, asset analysis, buyer and vendor due diligence, and other sale related services. Since joining KPMG in 2010, Graham has been at the forefront of bank de-leveraging activity across Europe, working for many European banks as well as US private equity firms looking to invest in Europe’s bank de-leveraging activity.
