Graham heads the Restructuring practice in KPMG Singapore and Indonesia. He leads a team of 50 people undertaking major restructuring engagements in both jurisdictions, leveraging his extensive experience of large turnaround, restructuring and insolvency assignments. Graham was one of the joint Administrators of Lehman Brothers Europe in 2008, which was the largest global insolvency assignments in history. Graham’s extensive global transaction and restructuring experience has also seen him invited by Harvard Business School to deliver the Executive Restructuring Course as a Visiting Lecturer. He built and led KPMG’s Global Portfolio Solutions Group (PSG) which is now a team of over 100 senior professionals based in Europe, USA and Asia. The PSG provides services including sell-side and buy-side advice for clients in relation to non-performing and non-core loan portfolios. In his capacity as the PSG Leader, he has been at the forefront of bank deleveraging activity globally, and has worked for many of the European banks on a global basis as well as working for a number of the US private equity firms looking to invest in European bank deleveraging activity. Graham was based in Australia in 2014 and 2015, where he led a number of large portfolio sales/exits, including the sale of Lloyds Bank to Wespac and the acquisition of the GE commercial portfolios for Deutsche Bank and Bain Capital. In recent years, Graham has led engagements covering Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand.
