Alan is one of KPMG’s most experienced transaction services partners, and since 2013 has been UK Lead Partner for Oilfield Services. He has responsibility for KPMG’s relationships with many of the major companies in the sector and many independent and private equity backed businesses. He has worked on over 100 oilfield transactions in several jurisdictions, including the UK, Norway, US, Middle East, Australia and Singapore.
