Mr. Rod Henderson

With more than 25 years of taxation consulting experience, Rod leads KPMG’s Energy & Natural Resources (ENR) Tax Practice in Australia. He is also a Partner with the firm’s M&A Tax Practice, where he has participated in many of the most significant transactions in Australia’s energy and natural resources sectors. He is a member of KPMG’s Global ENR Tax Steering Group and chairs KPMG’s New South Wales ENR Industry group.
